Yoga Instructor
Monica completed 200 hours of teacher training Kerala, India, after practicing yoga leisurely for over a decade. She focuses on Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and strives to bring an air of positivity and enlightenment to all her students.
Kat Jayne
Yoga Instructor
With a background in dance and pilates, Kat made the switch to yoga after realising the benefits it had on her health, mentally and physically. She has been teaching for 2 years and focusses on Yin yoga and meditation.
